Based on the volume lately, it sure looks like no one is expecting anything big from the AMAT earnings announcement next week.

Usually, these stocks trade 6 to 9 months out. I wonder how long AMAT and the experts think this downturn will be.

Does anyone know what the BTB has been the last couple of months?

kid, Re:amat numbers have been getting cut the momentum is on the downside.

Could you please explain this? AMAT fell from 54 to 25, went up to the 40 area, fell back to the high 20's, and has since slowly trended up to where it currently is. If it can be said there is any momentum in this stock, it is to the upside.

BTW, are you going to be a buyer once the picture clears and eps is highly visible? By then, well be up 50%+ from where we are. Or would you only be a buyer once we pierce the old highs?
