Duke,

What we have here is an out of court settlement in which both parties .....( SLF & TRIBY ) agree to a Summary Judgement which stipulates that Trinity Biotech is awarded 80% of the shares which were in contention ( 622,898 ) The Selfcare shares are now trading in the $ 10 dollar range and with the growth we are seeing in Selfcare, I presume these shares will continue to be held as a long term investment by Trinity..Suffice it to say, Trinity Biotech has an equity interest in a rapidly growing POC company that allows them " wiggle room" in any future acquisitions.

Selfcare had gross revenues of $ 24.6 million as compared to $ 9.1 million for the same three month period last year and Selfcare continues to narrow its losses and it now appears they will come into profitability during this fiscal year.

-Steve Stuart has calculated the cost basis for the majority of these Selfcare shares purchased by the managers in Dublin and the dollar appreciation of this investment is rather stunning . I applaud Dublin for their business acumen.

I am however, critical of Trinity's communication skills( or lack thereof ) but at least they are consistent. Now if we are able to hold on to a Public Relations outfit for more than 90 days , I am sure we can get down to the business at hand.
