I believe Cowen was one of the few firms that maintained a buy rating even during the turbulent months. I might be wrong though

There was one firm who put a "buy" rating on CPQ based upon price, however, I can not recall the name of the firm.

Anyone on the thread remember?

I believe it was when compaq was around 24.
