I believe it will be posted before long. I for one am interested in having a greater understanding of very basic questions. After all, the business is not up and running and we're not looking for earnings or revenue. I would like to just get a feel for what kind of "backers," not so much who they are. Most of all I want to know if there is an equity position that will dilute the stock further. If no dilution, then I would also like to be aware of the "cost" of the funds involved. Not very complicated "financial" info at this point in the game. Rich
