<Is Europe generally more liberal in their drug policies?> Perry, I don't know their policies about pharmaceutical drugs, but some European countries such as Holland have decriminalized that other kind of drug (marijuana and even cocaine). Some European countries have a more liberal attitude towards sex, I think. In German TV they show "adult" programs during our so-called family hours. If we have posters here from Europe, they should be able to give us a better idea.
