Does SAP follow US GAAP when reporting earnings for the ADR issue? German accounting is more conservative than US GAAP. For the same company, earnings reported under US GAAP could be up to 30-40% higher than under German accounting standard. As a result, the stock may be less pricey than we think if it reports under the German accounting standard.

Would appreciate if someone can clarify on this.
