Fellow (and Women) Investors: I left a message for Mary Conway, IR, at about 2 p.m. Seattle time, and she called me back within the hour. Here are my observations and report:
1. She was very forthright, candid, and responsive to my questions;
2. She reports Mr. Robers is still an officer with Zulumedia - he has not resigned. I think she laughed when I indicated that one of the rumors circulatiing was his resignation;
3. She said there was a positive news release this week about
the potential ESVS deal;
4. She said no one did or could have "guaranteed" financials by a date certain, but that her expectation (as a member of IR) is that they will be available "soon";
5. Two weeks ago there was the expectation that the financials
would be completed sooner. They have not been, but they
are in process and will be available "soon" - she
would not agree to be pinned down on a specific date or time frame, because that is simply not within her control;
6. The company is doing well "on the sales side,"
but would say nothing more or specific at this time.

There you have it. And, you know what, I am going to tuck my stock away (figuratively speaking), get a good night's sleep, and think about some other stocks for the time being. There has been way too much energy expended over real or imaginary dates for the release of financials. (Mary understands that investors are looking for something "tangible" like financials to build up some credibility, and not press releases about potential, but unrealized mergers, etc.)
.
While I am as anxious as any one else to see financials, we knew when we invested in this stock that we had little, if no information, and were gambling on potential. I do not know what was said to Cunningham about a guarantee by Heather, but Mary was very adamant that no guarantees would ever be made (which frankly seems credible to me) about a date certain for release of financials by a bulletin board company with no reporting deadline, etc.

I have had 2 positive discussions with Mary. If the company and management are 1/2 as forthright and professional as she is, then our investments are in good hands. Only time will tell.
