Scott,

Thanks for the REAL writeup. I've been following REAL with moderate interest for several months now. The anticipated decline in revenues is the primary sticking point with me wrt this stock. Do you feel REAL's cost structure will permit them to turn in positive earnings as revenues slide (in a recent press release they say they expect EPS of $0.16 for the next qtr)?

In addition, backlog of $16.7 million was mentioned, but they expected only $8-9million in revenues in the next quarter. Does the revenue projection seem in sync with the level of backlog, or does 8-9 million seem conservative?

I appreciate the company's willingness to put forth their internal revenue and profit expectations. I wish more companies would do it. Do you find management is typically shoots straight in it's dealings with shareholders?
