I'm am a very recent employee of Keane. Some of my insights may be helpful. In at least the branch I worked out of the following was occuring: 1- The turnover rate of employees is very high. This has been due to low wage increases and lucrative opportunities elsewhere. For the last three years they have cut back on employee benefits.. 2- At this time they are experiencing serious staff deficiencys. They have been unable to staff-up to meet some of their project requirements.. At the branch I worked from, moral was very low. ....I do not know if it was mentioned but the company will soon offer options on its stock to employees. I understand it will be at a discount to market. Is this potential dilution ?......
