Eastfield has a new project in southeast B.C. called the Crowsnest property. Several styles of mineralization include intrusive related gold, sediment hosted gold, skarn and quartz sulfide veins.

Soil sampling has outlined a greater than 50 ppb gold anomaly covering an area of 1400 metres by 250 metres. Of particular interest are the numerous occurrences of magnetite-sulfide breccia cobbles in the soil profile. Many of these cobbles contain extremely rich concentrations of gold (assays up to 521 g/t- approx. 15 oz/t). Finding the source of these cobbles will constitute the main project objective.

Eastfield is now reviewing this project with other mining companies with a view to an option agreement to fund continuing geophysical surveys, prospecting and drilling in the target area.
