I see. When something is unjust, and someone attempts to correct it, they are "whiners" in your book. When the government enforces the law of the land they are "solving all the problems" of "the whiners." Microsoft's tactics run contrary to a free and prosperous economy. It isn't fascism to stop those practices, it is an act in preservation of capitalism.

John,

>>Che like Hitler, Fidel, Stalin,Lenin, wanted one thing "power" - of course all in the name of spreading the wealth to the whiners.

All the Germans who I've met from that period were hardly what I would label "whiners" it is just that they got tired of waiting for the "industrialists" to employ them. Unfortunately, Germany under Hitler (pre-1940) was considered the most progressive nation in the world at the time. Germany's wealth at the time was in its work ethic not in worthless marks.

>> The Treaty of Versailles although unfair was signed by the Germans and it created a generation of whiners from top to bottom that put the Nazis in control.

Were these the same whiners who held Europe for five years while fending off the economies of the rest of the planet? We can thank these restless whiners for leaving us in the position of unrivaled economic superpower for the last 50 years.

>>A society is sick when it looks to the government to solve all their problems whether they, the gov't., are dressed in liberal or conservative clothes.

I'd rather vote from my death-bed than be a serf with a strong back.

It is sick when an industry has reached the point of believing they are the governing body too. Who is Microsoft to decide when to cut off a company's air-supply? Isn't that the job of the "free-market forces" everyone keeps touting so patriotically? If Microsoft's business model cannot thrive off a non-controlling interest in an industry then maybe they should be left to the wolves so that more efficient businesses can take over.

Where do you want to go today Adolph? Poland, France, England...

Cheers,

Norm
