John, thanks for the response. This makes sense to me. The 10K seems to be pretty clear, EntreMed is in a strong position regarding rights to the developments from Dr. Folkman's lab.

I was also pleased to see in the Bloomberg article that ENMD now has a process capable of making enough of the drugs to support human testing.

Let me also second your comments on the recent change to the character of this thread. Hopefully, things will settle down and the day traders will chase off after the next hot story.
