Does anyone know what debts Myriad carried besides the IRS bill?

I'm curious as to how much other debt (bank loans, etc.) FAMH assumed in the deal. Perhaps the Myriad audit will be posted tomorrow as well? Just a thought to benefit anyone trying to figure out what the company is worth now, as opposed to last year.

I'm sure the balance sheet tomorrow will look, to coin a phrase "mmmmmmmm.... fantastic!" since it will not have the $4.5 million IRS debt, acquistion costs, the ATXI stock purchase, attorney/accountant/audit costs, etc. attached to rain on the parade.

As someone once said, be careful out there ;)
