Was asked to post this concerning financials. I don't know the guy but he seems to be as concerned as we are. I thank him in advance. I don't have a membership on SI yet, but plan to once my investment matures. I read a lot of the post on the NETZ thread and find some of it very humorous. On the other hand some of the information posted is quite valuable. The reason why I'm writing to you is because I called the new IR & PR firm McDermott & O'Neil and talked to Mary T. Conway and also Heather Midgely. When I talked to Mary last week and asked her about the audited fin. for Zulu-Media she told me that the fin. "will be out this week or next week." I talked to Heather yesterday to follow-up on the conversation I had with Mary about the audited fin. She said the audited fin. for Zulu-Media will be out no later than May 15th. I then explained to her the conversation I had with Mary and her reply was they really didn't know when the fin. were coming out. Brady, I'm telling you this info. so the people on the SI board won't be disappointed if the fin. aren't out by the end of the week. I believe the company has made huge accomplishments and is heading in the right direction, but the fact still remains that they need to inform their shareholders of what's going on with the company a lot better than they have been. We the shareholders need to keep calling the IR and PR firm until we get the answers we are looking for. I agree with Matty G. that we need to keep their feet to the fire with our concerns. Also, I notice that no one talks about NB Digital much on the SI board. They are doing good things and I see that as a positive for the ZULU/ESVS joint venture. By the way that was good news today huh? Questions to ask ourselves: Was Mincheff appointed President because Rogers left? Was Rogers just acting President until Mincheff came on board and Rogers is taking on his permanent role as COO? What "Strategic Acquisitions" are coming next...? The IR/PR firm can probably steer us in the right direction... Has anyone looked at ESVS form 3 on Edgar On-line??? People running this ship from form 3: Paul Messina, Steven Liar, Roger Mincheff, Robert Turtolet and Bill Murski. All these guys are on the ESVS Board of Directors. Has anyone done any DD (whatever that means) on who these guys and their backgrounds??? Should have more discussion of this, IMO. Please post these questions to the SI board because I'm not a member yet and can not afford the $125 right now. CWIII -- LONG ON ZULUMEDIA/ESVS SEE YA AT THE TOP!
