K, I spoke with OTC Comm's Robert Joyce today (1-88832-triby ext 11). He was very pleasant and still coming up to speed on triby (although surprisingly knowledgable)! He said he has followed Triby for sometime now and has a good background. He said the FDA is slow on the HIV review; he will attempt to acquire more info on the status of the filing. He indicated press releases will come out in "timely fashion" but need to be signed off by the co CEO. He indicated the SEXI problem was due to an apparent fraud scheme by their CEO. The SEXI CEO signed off on all the press releases. He stated that the SEC investigation cleared OTC after interviews, depositions, and reviews. He said the SEXI CEO is in jail for his fraud. He indicated he would look into posting here on SI. I gave him Intc's PR persons email address so that he may check into the "rules" and norms of PR on this forum. That was about it. Have fun in Dublin!!
