I was wondering the same thing but wasn't about to go there lest Jerard, er, Mr. Pearson jump through the Internet and cyberslap me. <vbg>

Mr. Crouch,

<<Forgive me if I'm missing the obvious, but I assume you are not expecting
anything to happen when you hit ctrl-c, and that when you say nothing happens
it's after you try to paste into another window.
>>

Thank you all for your suggestions. However, I am sad to say, almost all was
for naught. It is impossible for me to <copy> out of this composition window
using any combination of keys or mouse clicks. I don't know why this is, but
it really is. So instead of "cyberslaps" me and my poky old machine reach out
and give you all cyberhugs, even Mr. Lawrence. :-)

I did stumble upon a solution, though, as a result of all this commotion. I can
copy out of the Preview window just fine. So now it's *type-type-type* hit Submit
Response button, select all, and copy to the clipboard for a back-up should I get
knocked offline. Repeat the process for each edit of a posting.

Thanks again for the assistance, everyone.

Jerard P
