Nanda/Ram
Do you know if cmnd has any project being done in india. The only info i have is a project they completed for a insurance company in Jan'98( an article appeared about this in Datamation !!!) and another one which got cancelled - mentioned in the IPO filing. I remember Ram was going to ask his friend in Bangalore, India to find about the project situation. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I wonder if the mgmnt twisted the story as business model change when thier indian team was running out of work.

In one of the earlier post i saw a mention of CEO caputo selling shares (~300k) during mar'98. How is this possible if he is not supposed to sell until six months?

thanks
