I think you are right on the money. Literally. I think impressions perceived by our judicial system will be MO's most influential tool in affecting this outcome.

Just like the Killdeer when someone approaches its nest. The bird will play wounded until the predator goes for the easy kill. Then the Killdeer leaps to its feet and flies away, thinking .....sucker!

Remember, the board of MO is the best of the best. Our politicians just don't have the brain power to put one over on big tobacco.

Tony, MO said that they were going to suspend any additional share buybacks and dividend increases until a settlement was reached. Well, if there is no settlement and nothing gets passed by Congress ( a very good possibility ), who do you think will be rewarded for standing by the company? Shareholders.
