I don't even know whether its CAP or DMT. You can be sure I'll let you know.

DMT. That much I do know. In fact, that was my first question.

The reason I was so quick to assume Siemens would be providing the ADSL was because of the BCTel win. Amati won it originally and when TXN took them out, they didn't want to do systems so the deal was forfeited. Since Siemens had been working with both companies --- AMTX and TXN --- I figured they'd had the first shot at it. And, indeed, they may have and may have turned it down.

At any rate, it's a big surprise to discover NN's in the game. A pleasant surprise, to be sure.

Anxious to hear what you learn. We'll have to swap notes as we get them.

Later --
