Buying QWST via LCI

I didn't get all the details but my full-service broker (A.G. Edwards) talked to his research folks and they recommended going the LCI route (that's what I pay them for ;) so I did.

Basically, it appears that LCI holders are pretty much guaranteed a 6% or so premium for their shares no matter what happens to QWST's stock price between now and when the deal closes.
