Form 10 questions answered-- I get on Edgar by going to pcquote.com and entering symbol for a quote. Then click the SEC filing button. This will take you to EDGAR, but there many other ways there. Do this for stock symbol TPI, another BB company that just reported. EDGAR will give you a free password to pull this info. Pull the form 10 info for TPI. It's 60 pages long, and most everything you want to know about the company is there. When you have read that doc., you will understand why being a fully reporting company is SO important. I only wanted my question answered, that's all. Now, EVERY investor should know about a form 10, and whats inside of it. If you do what I am asking, you will learn someting very valuable tonight about investing. Thanks for the responses....
