Dear Arnie, Management has been so conservative all along that, personally, I think their decision to unblock results after Phase II is precisely because 1) they think results will probably be favorable and 2) they want to get progress payment from new partner in place before Quarter 1 1999. I have always believed that they would need to sell additional shares, but am just beginning to be persuaded that they are putting pieces in place so this won't be inevitable. Regards, Ariella
