Koch has previously indicated that they would spend 500,000,000 - 1,000,000,000 for development. It is my understanding Koch is very conservative and successful on large projects. This philosophy does not produce cash flow off a project till most of the capital assets are amortized on an accelerated basis. This means no available funds from operation in short run but very profitable in out years. Nice game if you can play with 100 million-dollar chips. Keeps interest cost down and any increase in oil prices is pure profit.

Any idea how UTS is going to keep up with this on their 22%? Seems they are going to need 100 to 200 million more than they have.
