cmsi does sales marketing and proceedural education & img does production and design. every hospital will need a cryo device immediatly after oncology meeting in LA next weekend---due to recent findings concerning apoptosis and cell death.

CMSI is very low on cash, Gerald. No doubt that the IMG deal involves some kind of cash investment. I'm just puzzled as to why IMG has been so quiet about the deal.
