I guess people may finally have started to get a bit worried JTC has been saying it for about almost three months now. From the WSJ money section:

"Asia's continued economic and political problems also weighed on the market, according to Mr. Meehan. "There's a growing concern that Japan doesn't seem to have any idea about how to restimulate its economy," he said, adding that that reports of serious problems in China's economy has led to speculation that the government may soon come under pressure to devalue the yuan."
