mph, in talking to Ms. Jennifer Davis at MIND, she told me that one of the reasons that they had put off the earnings report was to see how many law suits there were going to be, they knew of 1 at the time and had heard rumors of a few more, so now thew know. The lawyers will make tons of money and if they win the share holders might get a penny or two. With all the LEACHES ready to attack MIND I find it interesting that it's holding in a narrow range. I am not smart enough to know why but it can't be all bad. I would love it if some federal judge told all the lawyers to file one case instead of a individual cases and the lawyers had to sue each other before the winner of that fight could take the one case to court, that I think would weed out the B.
