Barry,

You asked, <<Tom K. On the Thermo thread a couple of days ago you state, "Trooper sued for the latest information, Dick Engineering's drawings, and TPP won. The court ordered this info. to be delivered to Trooper. That hasn't happened." Is it your understanding that the court has ordered TTRIF to deliver Dick Engineering drawings to Trooper?

Thanks. Barry Bushell >>

Yes, the Dick Engineering drawings are part of the information that the Court ordered that Trooper must receive, in my understanding.

Trooper is entitled to ALL the latest information concerning the thermophillic process according to the Eastern European License Agreement, by my interpretation and by Judge Cohen's. TTRIF is playing a stalling or delaying game which will be proven to be a silly strategy. It will cost TTRIF and its shareholders multi-millions in damages. TTRIF is ignoring the Court Order.

TTRIF's tactics will be proven to have cost Trooper millions of dollars. We, as shareholders, will benefit from the eventual awards of damages. You can bet on that.

That's why I'm cheering TTRIF on for more plants and more financing. It will help Trooper collect the damage awards.

By the way, Trooper will be a huge success with or without Thermo Tech. I have been a moderate buyer of TPP but I will get more aggressive next week. TPP is my strongest buy recommendation for my subscribers at this time. We will profit with TPP shares and we can diversify into other stocks once we score with Trooper.
