I wonder whether SFAM would make such a hire then. True, none of us know for sure, but in my business, you find out from Samsung first if its ok to hire him before you extend an offer....sound savvy customer approach....something that SFAM has shown a propensity for in the past. IMHO, I doubt SFAM would hire him if there was even a remote chance of pissing off any potential customer - including Intel for whom he apparently has worked for. In this industry, pissing customers off is a quick way to an early demise. SFAM's managment is too smart IMHO for that.
