John,

The comment on production was very brief. Here is the URL

news.com

"The company is working on endostatin and another compound, angiostatin, shown to rid mice of tumors. EntreMed says it has developed a way to produce enough of the drugs -- which have to be grown through genetic engineering -- so they can be tested in humans."

John,

If you have not heard Dr. Holaday's interview on the Motley Fool today it may be worth your time.

fool.com

"...made remarkable discoveries, not only on how the drugs work but also in making large enough quantities to do preliminary scale-up manufacturing so that we can move very rapidly."

Again, these remarks are not quantitative but it sounds like they have made good progress. This audio may only be available for a short time. I do not know if it is placed into an accessible archive. This particular comment was made about 60% of the way through the interview.
