That is funny, Lisa. WW is one of those 3Com bulls has never known when to call it quits. Staying bullish on a company that can't make any money despite it's best efforts will get you to WW's state of mind. Take a look at the COMS chart. COMS stock has been oblivious to the huge tech run we've had since Feb. I gave up on 3Com a long time ago, soon after the disgraceful and belated disclosure about accounting and inventory problems which existed as 3Com insiders dumped millions and millions of shares. I still don't see how 3Com is going to pull out of it. I've seen modems for sale in mail-order computer supply houses like NWCD and Microwarehouse, etc, for $19 street price. That's for a packaged piece of electronics. The disk drive industry looks positively lucrative, like endless green fields of money compared to the modem and NIC business. Too many competitors, both large and small, all trying to undercut each other's price.

The WW piece was funny. It just pains me to see that he still has been holding out hope for such a hopeless company. What's amazing to me is how COMS stock has stayed in the 30's for so long. Low 20's would be more appropriate.

just your own opinion>>

ROTFL, I guess all the research you have done paid off nicely today.

Btw, I missed the last run-up so I will be picking up some shares in the mid 20's.
