You stated they will be issuing 70M more shares...where are you getting that from??? I never disputed that they have that amount authorized. I am disputing you stating 70M more to be issued. Who told you that? Where did you see that? Document you negative hype. Like I stated...the facts...30M outstanding, 12M float. Brett

You claim to be the investment expert here and you don't even know the difference between shares AUTHORIZED and shares OUTSTANDING!!! Why don't you look at a few other companies' balance sheets and you will quickly notice that almost EVERY company has more shares AUTHORIZED than OUTSTANDING. Boy you are even more ignorant than I thought. Folks I apologize for these types of comments, but I have been cool-headed until this clown got here. Oh, by the way I see you are a MSFT fan, well let's use them as an example. 4 billion authorized 1.2 billion outstanding LOOK OUT, GET OUT EVERYONE, BILL IS TRYING TO PULL THE WOOL OVER OUR EYES!!!! If it is as you say a pump and dump, who is doing the pumping and dumping? Have you any evidence of this? This is a very serious charge. You better be able to substantiate charges like this. There is considerable money riding here and if you have some information showing that something illegal is going on we would greatly appreciate hearing it. Speak up and do it now!!! gw

Please, please, please, Can someone please explain the difference between shares authorized, issued, outstanding, and the actual float and actual public float to Mr. Berger and would Mr. Berger please listen and I mean try and understand before making statements about the shares and also please stop making negative remarks about college students. pt
