Doug is also working on the conference call.

Doug said his problem is a request for a password at the
conference call number. He said he would be back with us
as soon as he can get something going.

P.S.
At quote.com I noticed a couple of 1,000 share blocks offered
at 9 3/8. Personally, I don't have much faith in the meaningfulness
of those off hour offers, trades or whatever they are called.
