VVUS now has no shares available at ETrade, Schwab, Fidelity and Waterhouse and a few other places, Can others who have accounts else where check if theres any left to short? If you do it for real with 100 shares or so you should make money in the next few days. Datek should be the easiest place to short anything in the sun.

HAR 45 3/16

C represents 10% of HAR's sales and HAR owns Becker who
manufactures car radios for Mercedes. HAR might ride on C's
coat tails. HAR has gotten beaten down over the last 6 months
and was beginning to recover prior to the merger. It might
be good for a couple of points.
