Chill, Jon. Everyone is getting too feisty. Again, not enough substantive news to keep us occupied. As far as debenture conversion, I would take that in a heartbeat to get NETZ into a reverse merger and NASDQ listing. Better than spending the rest of its life as a penny stock subject to this SI thread and bashings.

I don't believe that PartyTime is a shorter. I don't know anything about Steven Packer so I can't really comment one way or the other on him. PartyTime is just very frustrated with the way things are going I think. I've communicated with him via PM on several occasions and though we disagree on the credibility of NETZ, I believe him to be a sincere and honest person who really believes that there aren't any problems with this stock that can't be fixed. I, on the other hand, remain very skeptical based upon this company's past performance. I've always believed that in anything in life, if one has done wrong in the past, then it is incumbent upon that individual or entity to prove themselves before being taken seriously again. Party and I have a difference in philosophy. That's all. Nothing sinister on either part I believe.
