70 Million shares that could be issued! This stock could go up to $5.00 to $10.00 a share fast or in the near future. So if you were a company would you issue shares now @ .61 or wait till $10.00 a share? I would guess the company would issue a little at a time. So don't worry about the 70 Million shares it is in thier best interest to wait. Also anyone else think the naysayers want this stock to fall because they know what great potential this company & its stock has in it in the future. They must want to buy in cheap! Thats ok I'll try to BUY more now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm NOT SELLING!!!!!!

You have shown yourself to be a complete joke... "Well, I've wasted enough time pointing out the folly of you all playing right into the hands of this companies insiders by helping them raise capitol out of worthless paper. Give me a break! We all can see that your tyring to bring the price down either 1) because your short (but then again, someone who thinks shares outstanding is the float you probably don't have the savy to short) or 2) you missed the first few jumps so you think some negative hype will get you some cheaper shares Good luck to you, Any thing I say, you say or anyone on this thread says will have 0 effect on the stock price.
