Jack, yes I am serious. Keane was one of the companies TAVA had
been talking to. I don't know the percentage of their IT assessment
and inventory contracts that have progressed further. They had signed
a number higher than 450 and they were signing five front end contracts
a week last fall. So I figure a decent percentage of these companies
would also besides their IT Systems, (which is Keane's specialty,
IT systems,), have embedded systems that need repair (that a
percentage of their clients need embedded work done as well).

They don't have tools of their own, they license them or recommend
them to their clients.

This is one of the things we have been waiting for. Keane is a strong
layer in Year 2k and a rapidly growing IT company. And Keane is a
known entity among institutions.

They have experienced tremendous growth over the years, and what
I hope to see is that TAVA/BECK and Keane will be able to leverage
all their resources in a way that facilitates getting more of the work
done before Year 2k. We shall see. This proves to me that TAVA is
signing the kinds of alliances they need to be.

I have not been able to access Keane's web page tonite, I was going
to try to dig up more on the alliance and on who some of Keane's
big clients are. I think one of Keane's roles is to act in a project
management capacity, which will leverage TAVA's resources. This is
what Jenkins indicated they need to do and they are doing it. In my
mind, it puts this press release from Keane in a different light
(an even more positive one).
