Gambler, In your thread opening post, you mentioned that Compact Connection was acquired for only $1.6 million, which contradicts the following company press release. What was I missing?,

The figure given in the press release of $15 million is based on the share price at the time of the completion of the acquisition. The company has said that the share price was over $2 when the deal was closed. So say 6-7 million shares, stock at 2.14-2.50 per share.

The figure I gave of $1.6 M was based on the current share price of .27 (at the date of the post).

Since it wasn't cash, the dollar amount doesn't really matter, just the # of shares that they issued to do the deal. I was just making a point of the good deal TSIG got in this transaction IMO.
