Well, to be fair, I have some good news. Since a friend of mine in California was getting quotes only a few seconds behind, while mine was up to two minutes behind, I decided to try one of my backup ISP's today. Surprise!!!! All morning, even at the open and forward, quotes have been only seconds behind, even on the most actively traded stocks.

The sole exception has been DELL, which is lagging terribly. I suspect, though, that since other, more active stocks are keeping up, this is a problem more with the quote providor, than either NAQ or my ISP.

I'd like to hear from others as to whether their performance today is better all around since yesterday and lately, or if they're still having problems. Either NAQ has gotten the bugs out, or my other ISP has been for sh-t lately.

Thanks for any help. My plan had been to cancel NAQ at the end of the month, since I missed the end of last month by one day. If they have finally turned the corner, I'd like to know. I can't find a program anywhere that can beat the r/t charts and other features of RTT, for the price (or three times the price, for that matter).
