I am not bitching ( sorry Jim if it sounded that way ), nor am I complaining. My point is that it will not be easy to win the case against Intel. A slap on the hand at most, IMHO. However, as someone else suggested, the mere fact that the government cloud is hanging over them is not good for Intel's stock.
