Would it not be prudent for the Bondholders to force Royal Oak into default before Kemess is opened. In this way the bondholders can sell the property BEFORE it is opened and revealed for what it possibly is.....a Mount Todd style disaster.

One could suppose that the sale price would be a lot lower if it does turn out to be uneconomic, as I contend. Therefor the bondholders must realize that allowing Kemess to open entails great risk to the potential value of their asset.
