If you are interested in the pigginess of the deal, why is there 12,598,379 shares outstanding according to Nevada Agency Trust at (702) 322 0626 This is outrageous for management that has accomplished so little for the bottom line except one p.o worth @230,000 announced recently and a sale in Chilliwack that doesn't seem to make it to issue such shares from 5.3 mill this time last year and yet is still without money. This is an outright pig and is a slap in the face for all the decent shareholders out there who put their faith, hope and optimism into being a shareholder. Why not give us a chance to finance the company? How about a rights offering? Why do you have to put new stock into your friendly hands at low prices for likely redistribution? Are you afraid of the power of the shareholders? I assume management took our takeover threat as real and wish to prevent the same. In my view we the shareholders should seek out and work with a whiteknight when he/she appears. And one last thought from my most hollow prediction... How many shopping days until Christmas?
