127k shares short. These guys are toast.

Paul: and others -

I have been asked a lot of questions about this deal to which I simply do not have the answers. I will tell you what areas in which I think more information is needed.

1) What AAA's specifically are covered under the deal
2) What uses for the AAA's are covered by the deal
3) How much due diligence did HLR do before signing the deal
4) How much money was granted as an up front payment
5) Does HLR own any NRT stock or warrants now
6) Speaking of warrants, have any conversions of the recent warrants or those held by CCM been exercised yet (this may be an important gauge as to where the stock might be heading before this time next year).

Going forward, the deal is potentially lucrative for NRT. In the near term, the technology and the company will, to many, be further validated by the HLR presence. In addition, HLR is world class in drug development, NRT will benefit from this as well.

As for the shares, the volume today may rival or surpass that 7mm share day we saw a couple years ago. So putting a price on the shares in the near term is in the hands of the technicians now. Its going to be more difficult for us in the States to monitor the situation because of the delay in quotes.

Be prepared for volatility during a steep upward trend, at least initially. If TSE listing is imminent, expect a pop from that as well.

I expect NRT to hit at least $5.00 Cdn today, and maybe as high as $7.50. Neither of these prices would be ridiculously unsustainable. If it breaks double digits, it may be ahead of itself.
