Hello....I am fairly new to GEOC. I am very enthusiastic about the companies products and prospects for the future. Read in the 10k that competition, thus far, has been very limited...Also, call center software applications are an emerging market. I noticed that Nortel commercials are pushing the concept of intelligent call centers...My question: Does anyone here know if GEOC supplies Nortel its software, for their call center products?? If not, who does?? Thanx in advance. Mike
