I'm sorry you misunderstood that post. That whole post was a joke, and I should have added a few more smiley faces at the end. I've done hundreds of trades (probably ~1000 now) with ETRADE for the past ~2 years, and that's exactly what I got -- access any time and quick executions. I'm sure I'm not the only ETRADE customer with that kind of experience. If ETRADE has been incompetent as you indicated, then what does it say about the ~400,000 ETRADE customers today -- are they real real stupid or what?
