How can you possibly make such a pledge when you know there will always be some (as you put it) "totally outrageous development" with Xecom (I mean Airhead Technolgoies Inc. - thanks StockTalk Lurker for the name).

Now some serious talk:

I was thinking tonight about the possible potentials of this company. Director Dal states that the company can do $18-$19 million dollars in revenue in 1998 compare to $7 million dollars in 1997 (which we yet to see the 10K)! "Assuming" this is true, it means that the company is growing ot an annual rate of 150%! That in my book is very very impressive, if true!

With 20 million outstanding shares and $18 miilion dollars in revenue, we get $0.90/shr in revenue. The current price is at around $0.18/shr, this makes the price to sales ratio to be 0.2!! And a P/S of 0.2 makes the stock extremely cheap and very attractive to buy (IMHO). Of course we have no idea how the earnings look like (since there has been none thus far!)! But that is not relevant with a company that is alleged to be growing at an annual rate of 150% as long as the loss does not gorw by more than 20%!

Then of course we have the questionable balance sheet! And I call that questionable since I can not find any document what so ever as what the balance sheet of this company looks like lately (i.e. where is that missing 10K?!!!).

So put all these together and assuming the balance sheet is not that horrible, and assuming the company is capable of generating $18 million in revenue for 1998 (or 150% growth), and assuming the loss does not grow by more than 20% in order to generate the 150% revenue growth, this stock may actually be at a fair value (and to some extend a bargain) to buy! (Gee now I feel I am talking like Evangelist Lanza and/or the SuckerFinder - which incidently whatever happened to him/her?)!

However as I said there are a lot of assumptions involved and you know what happens when you Ass-u-me too much?! You may end up making an ass out of u and me! And thus far the management of this company has proven that they have a unique talent and a special expertise in doing this!

Until the 10K, and 10Q are filed, and the management addresses the business model upon which this company wants to operate, and in fact explain exactly what is it that this company tries to do, the following will apply:

The Airhead Technologies Inc. is not about the absence of 10Q, 10K, business plans, future outlook, etc., but rather the presence of CEOs, directors, consultant, and stock promoters!

Long Live Airstar Technologies Inc.

P.S - With all due respect to you TJS, No I will not make the pledge that you are making, unless the way this company is run completely changes from one that uses FIGUSA@aol.com to communicate to its share holders, and it acts like a real company as far as filing reports and earnings are concenred. Why should a share holder (or a possible share holder) respect them when they have absolutely no respect for the share holders?!!

I might consider it if the Directors consider the proposal made in:

Message 4372040

Would you go along with matching the Directors in share purchases? This deal would, of course, assume the timely filing you mentioned.

Wes

P.S.: To the Directors: MONEY TALKS, BS WALKS!!

TJS,

I cannot make that pledge...NO WAY. I agree with Addi. If airhead tech starts acting like a REAL PUBLIC company, then I might agree. I once tried to not bash xecm...but as the days went on...i gave it up.

Also, If they don't get a web site up in 2-3 weeks and the Q1 filed on the 15th...I think this thread will go nuts.

Addi,

Nice analysis...I agree with you...BUT..when you factor in the debt they owe and the interest...somehow I think that will KILL any earnings. Also, If you factor in that you haven't seen ANY numbers in months...you're BIG TIME guessing.

I don't even know how many people work at airhead. 5, 10 25??? Let me look in the annual report.....oh yeah...they don't have one. What are the names of the bases there on...Oh yeah...

jeff

ps. I thought i came up with the name "airhead tech". Maybe I stole it from the lurker?
