I'll go with your theory.

According to Gumport and Ramtron, an agreement with SGS should be coming up soon...perhaps some other news????

Either these shareholders want to dump the stock and just get out of the company because the company is going under....a possibility but not likely....or they want to position themselves to sell into strength, suggesting a major announcement is near. I'll wager on the latter possibility....with my money today.

I agree with NightOwl....if there is significant interest, these 19 million shares may just fly off the shelves and then....whamo...goodbye overhang! Then we're left with a highly liquid stock in strong hands.

Good luck!

Tom
