Francois: from a lurker
CBS.marketwatch.com/data/charts has a section which allows one to view accumulation/distribution. It has been relatively stable at( -15-16M) for the past 8 weeks. At its low a few weeks ago it was at -20M. I would link it but cut/copy /paste won't highlight from the site.
Hope this helps.-Helen

Francois, Re " accumulation. Helen Mc Millan's link should help. But also I sense it just from lengthy, direct, tape watching: number/size of trades, over time. This morning for example we were up 3/4 point on only 37000 shares. That tells me that the supply is limited and the demand high. What is going on today right now for example is that funds are buying it as fast as they can without spiking the price up. They are getting it from the weak hands at 32-33.Also the volatility that was historically present in past as NN was widely used as a trading vehicle now appears to have suddenly disappeared. And all this is happening at a highrer price than the US$19 to 27 to which NN had tanked. Look for strong buys recommendations from these brokers, as soon as they've accumulated their hoard, GG
