XAU UPDATE:

members.aol.com

New and improved (and hopefully final wave count) Comments welcome.

Must admit this action has had me baffled but I think this is the true count. What thru me off is the elongated sideways, inverted H&S wave two after the #1 spike from January 12th lows.

What this shows is we are now in larger wave 2 consolidation period, whether we will have a larger wave 3 run-up from the bottom spike here (I don't think todays rebound was the bottom - bwdik) or we have a sideways consolidation period like wave 2 from Jan low.

Wave 3's are the largest movers and when 2 is resolved we should hit the 120+ target with that move.

Here is something else real tricky about this chart. Print this out, flip it upside down and where about January 28th is put todays date and that is basically close to my forecast for the Dow Industrials.

I have some more charts, will post later. Did anyone catch that the SEA troubles began on the 68th anniversary (late April 1930) when the market peaked it's dead cat bounce from Oct 29 crash and headed down into the great depression.
