Agree. Mr. Teo is searching a way to get out unscathed. To do so, the stock
has to rise, which will benefit us all.

He won't be in for the long term in my opinion as his reasons for getting
in in the first place and capitalize on a healthy gain did not hold up.

Regardless, CRUS may and probably will still recover appreciably with
or without Mr. Teo. It will just take time.

g'day all - Gary sez "Let's get serious here... In my view, he is dealing from a weak hand and I suspect CRUS mgt"

ok, let's get serious <g>, is there any reason to believe Messr Teo has a weak hand? Does anyone know how much stock mgt insiders are still holding? Since Messr Teo has 9+% of the outstanding stock, and if this thread is a sample of shareholder's sentiment <while unscientific it may be, it seems reasonable, as most shareholders are holding a stock for profit and conviction,> there is enough firepower for Teo if CRUS mgt is silly enough to ask for a proxy fight. So, who has a weak hand?

Quite on the contrary, IMHO, there is a lot of suspicious going-ons. CRUS IR denial is a last ditch attempt for stonewalling and that PR about quoting Mrs Teo is amusing at best. I am not saying there is not some posturing going on, but I find it difficult to believe a person with Teo to fold so easily. If so, even I could do his job <VBG>

I think you're have a point here Gary. I have had a strange feeling
all along since the annoucement; Then Teo's wife came out and said
that she does not think her husband would do any thing at all?
Strange!!

Gary, a guy doesn't put $100m in a stock and deal from a weak hand. I suspect this will be much like the Saudi prince that bought $100M of Apple at 14...now 30. You obviously do not understand the difference between investing, or trading or takeovers...YOu must be short the stock and underwater...
