I have a theory.

I don't think that we will have to wait for the judge's decision in order to benefit. I think that once the word gets out that a court date has been set to hear the arguments or to announce a decision, the stock should react just on the speculation of the decision to come.

If it turns out to be good, it will go up even more. If bad, then it will dump.

I may sell off half on the news of a decision or hearing date and save the rest for the actual results.

What do you think?
